So if you’re here on this page you probably came here wondering why are these people standing in the cold passing out hot chocolate to me? Why would someone give of themselves so that my day could be better and then ask absolutely nothing in return?  That doesn’t make sense!  People don’t do that.  Where did they get that? Well, I’ll tell you where we got that.  We got that from Jesus.  Now if you want to throw Christianity out the window because you met a hypocrite Christian go ahead.  But please don’t throw out Jesus too, because if you actually look at his life you will see something radically different and love that it hard to resist. Our reason for doing this is simply because we want to show you God’s
 love because that is how God is best described: 

John 3:16,17 "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only
Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal
life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world,
but to save the world through him”.

We want you to see that there is a God out there that is caring, and compassionate.  And although we do believe that He is a just God and will judge us, that He is also a loving God and it is his goal to save us!  If you want to reject God from your life you can do that.  He has given you that choice, that right.  But know that God will still choose to love you anyway because you are His creation and that part’s not up to you.
